For purposes of these Terms:

• "keauty", "we", "our", or "us" refers to keauty and its affiliates.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual accessing or using the Service.
• "Clinic" means an independent healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, physician, or medical practice available through the Service.
• "Content" means all information, text, graphics, images, software, recommendations, and materials available through the Service.

keauty is an online platform that helps users discover aesthetic medicine providers in the Republic of Korea. The Service may:

• recommend treatment options;
• recommend clinics;
• facilitate consultation requests;
• facilitate appointment requests; and
• provide educational information regarding cosmetic procedures.

keauty is not a medical provider. keauty does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, or healthcare services. Any medical service is provided solely by the relevant Clinic under its own professional responsibility.

You may use the Service only if:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• you are at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction; and
• the information you provide is accurate and current.

If you use the Service on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.

The Service is currently available without an account. If we introduce accounts in the future and you create one, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information;
• impersonate another person;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape or copy data without permission;
• upload malicious software;
• violate applicable laws; or
• infringe the rights of others.

The Service may generate recommendations using artificial intelligence or automated decision-support systems. These recommendations are intended solely to help you explore available treatment options. AI-generated recommendations:

• are not medical advice;
• do not constitute a diagnosis;
• do not guarantee suitability;
• do not replace consultation with a licensed physician.

You remain solely responsible for all healthcare decisions.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes:

• medical advice;
• diagnosis;
• treatment;
• physician-patient relationship; or
• emergency medical services.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before undergoing any medical or cosmetic procedure. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Based on the information you provide, the Service may recommend Clinics and facilitate consultation or appointment requests. However:

• all medical services are provided solely by the Clinic;
• treatment plans are determined solely by the Clinic;
• pricing is determined solely by the Clinic;
• appointment availability is determined solely by the Clinic.

keauty does not guarantee:

• appointment availability;
• pricing;
• treatment outcomes;
• physician qualifications;
• patient satisfaction; or
• the quality of services provided by any Clinic.

Any agreement regarding treatment is solely between you and the Clinic.

If you travel internationally for treatment, you are solely responsible for:

• obtaining visas;
• travel arrangements;
• accommodation;
• insurance;
• compliance with local laws; and
• post-treatment follow-up care.

keauty is not responsible for travel disruptions, immigration matters, transportation, or accommodation.

You may submit information including:

• medical history;
• treatment preferences;
• messages; and
• other materials.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant keauty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit such content solely for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving communications regarding:

• appointments;
• consultation requests;
• customer support; and
• service-related announcements.

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, we may also send promotional materials. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and design, are owned by keauty or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not:

• reproduce;
• modify;
• distribute;
• reverse engineer;
• create derivative works; or
• commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service may include links to third-party services, including Clinics and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or services of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties regarding:

• availability;
• reliability;
• accuracy;
• merchantability;
• fitness for a particular purpose; and
• non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, keauty shall not be liable for:

• medical outcomes;
• treatment complications;
• appointment cancellations;
• pricing disputes;
• travel expenses;
• accommodation expenses;
• loss of profits;
• loss of data;
• indirect damages;
• incidental damages;
• consequential damages; or
• punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless keauty, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your interaction with any Clinic; or
• your violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your activities create legal or security risks;
• required by law; or
• necessary to protect the Service or other users.

keauty shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental actions, internet failures, labor disputes, or cloud service outages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Where permitted by law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and keauty regarding the Service.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
